Operating at the intersection of energy and infrastructure

Stealth Accelerators, LLC brings institutional diligence and operator experience to transactions across the energy and digital-infrastructure value chain.
Who we are

An advisory firm built for the era of energised compute

Stealth Accelerators, LLC is a wyoming limited liability company advising on AI and industrial energy infrastructure. We advise, structure, and execute across the value chain, from powered land and long-lead equipment through to the transaction structures that make a project real.

The demand curve for compute has outpaced the infrastructure that carries it. Sites, generation capacity and transformers are being traded at speed, frequently by parties who cannot evidence what they are offering. That gap between claim and reality is where transactions are won or lost.

We work in that gap. Our role is to establish what is true, structure a transaction around it, and carry it to a close that survives institutional scrutiny.

What we stand for

Four principles that shape every engagement

Operator-led

We have sat on the build side and the investment side of this infrastructure. Advice is grounded in what it actually takes to energise and deliver an asset, not in a model.

Institutional discipline

Every engagement is documented to the standard an institutional counterparty expects, confidentiality, registration, capability and fee protection in place before information moves.

Direct, never promotional

If a transaction is not workable, we say so early. Our value is in the honest read, not in keeping a process alive.

Confidential by default

Fragmented counterparties, unprotected positions and structures that cannot survive an investment committee.

Leadership

Executive team

Engagements are led directly by the firm’s co-founders. There is no handoff to a junior team after the first call.

01

Brad Cheedle

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Strategy, growth & key commercial relationships

Brad leads Stealth Accelerators' strategy, growth, and key commercial relationships.

His focus is on bringing the right people, assets, and opportunities together across power, infrastructure, and technology. He has a strong instinct for where real commercial alignment exists and where it does not, which matters in markets where speed, credibility, and access often determine who gets the deal.

Brad sets the direction of the company and keeps Stealth focused on opportunities with real scale behind them.

02

Matt Saunders

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Operations, transactions & execution

Matt is responsible for making sure strategy becomes execution.

As COO, he oversees the operational side of Stealth Accelerators, coordinating transactions, counterparties, internal processes, and timelines across often complex and fast-moving opportunities.

He brings structure to complexity, keeps momentum where deals can easily stall, and makes sure nothing gets lost between the conversation and the close. Simply put: Matt makes sure things get done.

03

Vilte Kunigaus

Co-Founder & Chief Asset Officer

Asset origination & sourcing

Vilte leads asset origination and sourcing across Stealth Accelerators.

Her work spans power generation, powered land, compute infrastructure, and other high-value assets supporting the rapid expansion of AI and data center infrastructure.

She focuses on identifying real availability in markets where supply is increasingly constrained, building strong sourcing channels, and understanding opportunities before they become widely visible. Her role is built around one question: what exists, who controls it, and how quickly can it move?

04

Aaron Lee

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Compute infrastructure, GPUs & hardware ecosystem

Aaron leads Stealth Accelerators' compute infrastructure efforts, with a particular focus on GPUs and the hardware ecosystem supporting large-scale AI deployment.

He works across sourcing, supply relationships, and commercial strategy to identify viable compute opportunities in a market where demand often moves faster than availability.

Aaron’s focus is on the practical side of AI infrastructure: securing the hardware, understanding the supply chain, and helping translate compute requirements into deployable capacity.
